1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Dimension Oracle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Nature of the Service

Dimension Oracle is a cultural interpretation tool that applies AI vision and a curated library of classical Eastern spatial principles to photographs submitted by users. All readings are:

• Generated by AI models and subject to error or misinterpretation.
• Based on traditional cultural frameworks, not scientific or empirical measurement.
• Intended for cultural reference, personal reflection, and entertainment purposes only.
• Not a substitute for professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to architectural, interior design, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

3. User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only upload photographs you own or have the right to submit.
• Not upload photographs containing sensitive personal data of others without their consent.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's technical infrastructure.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual property

The Dimension Oracle name, visual identity, and curated rules library are the intellectual property of the studio. Classical source texts are in the public domain. AI-generated readings are produced for your personal use and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

5. Affiliate relationships

Dimension Oracle participates in the Amazon Associates programme. Product links in paid readings may be affiliate links. We receive a small commission if you purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. All affiliate relationships are disclosed on our Affiliate Disclosure page.

6. Payments and refunds

Paid readings (Full Reading unlock at $0.99) are processed through our payment provider. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, all sales are final. If you experienced a technical failure and did not receive your reading, contact us at swatninan@gmail.com and we will make it right.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that readings are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. We make no guarantee of uptime or continuous availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dimension Oracle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including decisions made based on readings. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant transaction.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
