The short version: We analyse photographs you upload to provide readings. We do not store your images after processing. We do not sell your data. We use no third-party advertising trackers.
1. Who we are
Dimension Oracle is an independent studio based in Singapore. We operate the website at oracle-mvp.pages.dev and related services. For questions about this policy, contact us at swatninan@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
When you use Dimension Oracle, we may process:
- Photographs you upload — transmitted to our backend server for AI analysis. Images are processed in memory and are not stored to disk or database after your session ends.
- Language preference — stored locally in your browser (localStorage) to remember your EN/中 setting. This does not leave your device.
- Basic server logs — standard web server logs (IP address, timestamp, request path) retained for up to 30 days for security and performance monitoring.
3. How we use your information
- To provide the spatial reading service — your photograph is sent to Alibaba Cloud DashScope AI vision services for analysis.
- To improve the service — we may review aggregate anonymised patterns, not individual images.
- We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services:
- Alibaba Cloud DashScope — AI vision and text processing. Images are transmitted to their API for analysis. See Alibaba Cloud's privacy policy for their data handling practices.
- Cloudflare Pages — frontend hosting. Cloudflare may log basic request metadata per their standard policies.
- Render.com — backend hosting (Singapore region). Standard server hosting practices apply.
- Amazon Associates — if you click product links in readings and make purchases, Amazon may set their standard cookies. We receive a commission; we do not receive your purchase data.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use browser localStorage only to remember your language preference (EN or 中). We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Amazon may set their own cookies if you click affiliate links.
6. Data retention
Uploaded photographs are not retained after processing. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days. Language preferences are stored locally in your browser and can be cleared by clearing browser data.
7. Your rights
Because we do not store your images or associate readings with identifiable accounts, most data subject access requests do not apply. For questions about server log data or any other privacy concern, contact us at swatninan@gmail.com.
8. Children
Dimension Oracle is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used our service, contact us at swatninan@gmail.com.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
